This multi-press and squat rack from the Pro Fitness range is perfect for developing your upper and lower body with pull-ups, press exercises, and squats. With multi-position height adjustment bar holders, you can easily find the right height for you to exercise safely. Combine it with the Pro Fitness utility training bench to add incline, decline and flat bench press to your workout.

You can use this rack for so many different exercises, smashing all ofyour fitness goals and getting the body you always wanted. The frame is 115cm wide, making it perfect for Olympic-sized bars.

The simple structure is easy to install, giving you great stability and a strong holding capacity. Combine it with the Pro Fitness Utility Training Bench to add incline, decline and flat bench press to your workout.
