With six adjustable positions your new Pro Fitness Multi Bench can help you perform a range of exercises. So whether you're building or toning your muscles, you can position it upright, flat, incline or decline at six different angles. It is the ideal bench for dumbbell and ab exercises and other bench accessories can be added onto this one for even more workout options.

You can adjust the positions of the pads to help put your body in the ideal position, meaning you get the perfect workout every time. The adjustable preacher curl pad is perfect for targeting your biceps, although you can also train them and many other muscle groups in a standing position. Maximum user weight 110kg (17st 5lb).
