Perfect for weights exercises you can help build and tone a range of muscles including your chest, back, arms and shoulders. It also includes a detachable preacher curl and leg curl station, 1 x 165cm bar, 2 x 45cm dumbbell bars, 6 x 5kg, and 8 x 2.5kg vinyl weight plates. When you're finished it folds easily for storage.

The adjustable height preacher pad is perfect for bicep curls as well as a leg extension and hamstring curl attachment for helping build your lower leg muscles.
It folds completely flat when you're finished so you can store it easily.
Maximum user weight 110kg (17st 5lb).
