Help boost your heart rate and improve cardio fitness as you ride towards your fitness goals. It has eight level adjustable tension control so you can progress at your own pace. The flywheel is smooth and quiet so you won't bother neighbours, or those you live with, while you train.

With self-levelling pedals you can always find the right cycling position as you blast towards a better you. When you're done this bike folds down to help with easy storage, then it's easy to get out, unfold and crack on the next time.
