The Everlast Omniflex punch bag features a freestanding design that makes it a suitable choice for home use. You don't need to set up any hangers or mounting attachments for this heavy bag, just put it anywhere you deem appropriate and train. The main feature of this punch bag is its Omniflex neck; the flexible neck is designed to absorb impacts, reduce the base movement and improve the stability of the bag.
