This 10 kg weight disc, made from cast iron with a rubber coating, is easy to hold and use for a large range of weight training exercises with or without a barbell. It won't mark your floors.

Ergonomic grip Ergonomic handles make gripping the disc easier.

Ease of use Discs are easy to slip on/off using the stainless steel collar (28 mm diameter).
