The weight for the base is proportional to the weight of your punching bag, below are the recommended ratios between bag weight and the weight on the base of the stand. Bag under 25kg/55lbs = Minimum 20kg/44lbs weight on stand 25 - 25kg / 55lbs - 77lbs bag - Minimum 40kg/88lbs weight on stand 35 - 45kg / 77lbs - 99lbs bag - Minimum 50kg/110lbs weight on stand 45 -55kg / 99lbs - 121lbs bag - Minimum 60kg/132lbs weight on stand Not suitable for use with punching bags over 55kg/121lbs.

Special Y-shaped design for better balance, multiple adjustable feet.
Welded "corkscrew" style bag attachment + clip at bottom of the stand.
Can be weighted using a 28mm cast iron disk or fillable weight.
