  • Safety Notes: Do not sit or stand on the table top. Do not stand on the chairs or allow children to play on or around the chairs. This product contains toughened glass. Handle with care. For safety reasons toughened glass is designed to shatter into tiny pieces if damaged. This can occur unexpectedly. Do not place very cold or very hot items on the glass surface unless adequately thick table mats are used. Do not use the glass as a chopping surface. Do not strike the glass with hard or pointed object. Always read the instruction manual fully before use. Care must be taken when opening and closing the item to ensure that you do not trap or pinch your fingers. Always ensure that the item is fully erected in its intended position before use. Ensure the parasol is suitably weighted down and secured prior to use. Do not use the parasol in very windy conditions. Do not barbeque under the parasol, use lanterns/heaters that have naked flames or place next to strong sources of heat.

An item is in good overall condition. The item may be missing the original packaging or protective wrapping, or might be in the original packaging but not sealed. The item may have visual defects as marks, scratches, chips, pressure marks, cracks to plastic parts, pressure marks, wood defects) All items are tested by our quality control to ensure that defects do not affect the structure or use of the item.

Returns Policy:

Please get in touch with us before opening any return requests. We offer a 30-day returns policy - if you are not happy with your purchase you may return the item in its original condition for an exchange or full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund return postage costs on items that are not faulty. If the item has been attempted to assemble or arrived in not same conditions as it was delivered, we reserve the right not to fully refund the item, with a maximum deduction of 50% that might apply.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS:

If you have received a Faulty item we will provide a replacement part or whole item if necessary.In case of damaged goods please get in touch with us by phone to arrange a course of action. You may be required to provide photos of the damage/fault for our Quality Control to investigate further if the damage is excessive and if the part or item is eligible for a replacement.
